SHIPPING POLICY
Our Wild Branch products typically ship within 24 – 48 hours from the time of purchase via the USPS. The time it takes for your order to arrive at your home or workplace will vary depending on your location, however, most orders should arrive to locations within the continental United States within five (5) business days of processing/shipping using our standard Shipping option.

You will receive access to tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive tracking information, or find that you've received inaccurate tracking information, please contact us at wildbranchfoods@gmail.com

We are currently working on new shipping options for 2021 and hope to be able to offer expedited and overnight shipping in the near future.
RETURN POLICY
Wild Branch is unable to accept product returns at this time, however, we will gladly refund any damaged or defective product that you receive. Please reach out to our customer service team if you've received damaged or defective product.

If you have received a damaged or defective product please take note of the specific issue, the date received, and date issue was found, and take a picture of the product as soon as you are aware of the issue.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We accept credit cards and debit cards through Square Merchant Services, as well as Paypal at this time.
